Discover the VUSA Scholarship Opportunity
Welcome to the VUSA Scholarship Program. Each year, VUSA is honored to support promising students as they take the next step in their educational journey. If you meet the Criteria and Eligibility, we warmly invite you to explore this opportunity and apply to become a VUSA Scholar.
For the 2026–2027 school year, the program is focused on incoming first-year students who plan to attend public schools and pursue studies in the following fields:
Agriculture
Business & Finance
Education
Engineering & Technology
Healthcare & Social Services
Tourism & Hospitality
Industrial & Skilled Trades
Registration opens on June 8, 2026 and closes on June 20, 2026. Accepted applicants can begin their Application process as soon as they receive the acceptance email. Applicants must complete all required steps before the Examination day, which is in July. Final selections will be announced end of July or early August. Your Path to Becoming a VUSA Scholar
1: Read the Criteria and Eligibility requirements. If you meet the qualifications, please proceed to Step 2.
2: Register for the current school year by clicking here.
Note: You will be redirected to our VUSA Scholars MyPortal application.
Please be prepared to provide the following information::
Your Gmail address (this will serve as your login account)
If you do not yet have a Gmail account, you may create one here.
Your first, middle, and last name
Your high school name
If you are already enrolled, your course of study and school name
Please review our Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions, and information regarding the use of your personal data.
3: VUSA will review your registration. If your registration is approved, you will receive a welcome email with instructions for the next steps.
4: Log in to the VUSA Scholars MyPortal to complete and submit your scholarship application.
Applications may be updated while the application window remains open.
Once the application period closes, the screening and selection process will begin.
5: Monitor your application through the MyPortal
View the current status of your application
Check whether you have been invited to complete the final step of the process
The Committee will conduct an additional review before the final stage of selection.
Applicants who are not selected for the final stage will be notified through the portal.
